Mozambique: President wants general inspectorate to oversee state administration - Watch
The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, is on a working visit to the province of Cabo Delgado, on Monday and Tuesday, Rádio Moçambique reports.
The Head of State will today launch the ‘Water for Life’ Program in Mueda district.
According to a press release from the Presidency of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi will also be leading the groundbreaking ceremony of the Mueda-Negomano road.
President Nyusi will also hand over thirty thousand school desks to the Quelimane Comprehensive Primary School – Pilot Centre of Maguiguana, in Mpeme – Mueda-Sede Administrative Post.
During this visit, the President of the Republic will be accompanied by the Ministers of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources, João Machatine; of the Interior Jaime Basílio Monteiro; Deputy Ministers of Economy and Finance, Maria Isaltina Lucas; State Administration and Civil Service, Albano Macie; Land, Environment and Rural Development, Celmira da Silva.
