New municipalities, in a number yet to be determined, will be created in the country before the sixth municipal elections, scheduled for October 11, 2023.
The guarantee was given yesterday, in Maputo, by the Minister of State Administration and Public Service (MAEFP), Ana Comoane. According to the minister, conditions are in place for the creation of new municipalities.
Mais municípios serão criados para autárquicas de 2023
Novos municípios, em número ainda por determinar, deverão ser criados no país, num prazo antes da realização das sextas eleições autárquicas, previstas para o dia 11 de Outubro de 2023.
A garantia foi dada ontem, em Maputo, pela Ministra da Administração Estatal e Função Pública (MAEFP), Ana Comoane, para quem existem condições para a criação de novas autarquias.
