Bilal, the son of businessman Mahomed Hanif, owner of Casa Chacha in Beira city, was returned to his family at about 10 p.m. on Thursday, 12 December, after being kidnapped the previous Friday night (December 6).
The development was reported on social media and was confirmed to CRV Magazine by a source close to the matter, without further details being given.
