President Nyusi has since Monday been paying a four-day working visit to Zambézia province.
During his trip, the president is scheduled to visit Mulevala, Namarrói, Molumbo and Milange districts, where he will lead meetings with local governments, hold meetings with various society stakeholders, attend rallies and visit undertakings of economic and social interest.
The president is accompanied on his visit by ministers of the Interior, Basilio Monteiro; of Education and Human Development, Conceição Sortane; Transport and Communications, Carlos Mesquita; and of Justice, Constitutional and Religious Affairs, Joaquim Veríssimo.
Also part of the presidential delegation are the deputy ministers of State Administration and the Civil Service, Albano Macie; Science and Technology, Higher and Technical Vocational Education, Leda Hugo; Labour, Employment and Social Security, Osvaldo Petersburg; city of Maputo governor Iolanda Cintura and members of the presidency and other state institutions staff.
Only last Sunday did President Nyusi end another working visit, this time to the province of Inhambane.
