Driver seriously injured as second truck slams into Goba line train in Boane

A motorist sustained serious injuries as a result of a collision between the vehicle he was driving and a freight train on the Goba line in Boane district, the second such accident on the line in less than 24 hours.
Witnesses say the van seemingly experienced mechanical problems, causing it to violently slam into the moving train.
Traffic circulation was temporarily interrupted.
The first crash occurred on Wednesday afternoon, when a lorry collided with a rail car.
