(Tuesday 29) Ev Moreno is since this day retained by agents of the migration services. Recent information (20h15 Maputo) indicate that the activist was transferred from the Immigration offices at Av. Fernao de Magalhaes to the international airport of Maputo, where she continues to be heard. It is feared that at any moment the young activist is deported.
Since last weekend the house of the activist, at Av. Eduardo Mondlane, is under watch of the Mozambican migration police. Unaiti Jaime, another activist, also held on March 18, confirmed that her house was also under police watch.
Eva Anadón Moreno is a collaborator of the International Bureau of the World March of Women, the largest feminist movement in the world, and had her immigration documents in order.
