The President of the Mozambican Tax Authority (ATM), Amélia Muendane, was on Wednesday elected chairperson of the Board of Directors of the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF).
Elected at the forum’s first general assembly, Muendane is expected to serve a two-year term in the position.
In her inaugural speech, Amélia Muendane committed to dedicating all her energy and knowledge to the cause of African tax administrations.
She assured that she will use the platform to strengthen the inter-African dialogue of Women working in the Tax Administration.
