Albino killers strike again in Mozambique

Unknown individuals still at large this weekend kidnapped and murdered a 12-year-old girl with albinism in Chimbonila district, Niassa province, northern Mozambique.
The assailants broke into the victim’s home as she and her relatives were sleeping and threatened the family with an imitation weapon before making off with the child.
As soon as the incident was reported, the police, with the help of members of the community, began a series of urgent searches which resulted in the finding of the girl’s dismembered torso.
