In Mozambique, we are in the process of approving a new Labor Law that introduces relevant legislative changes, for which companies and organisations will have to prepare in the near future. This legislation applies to taxpayers who had an annual net turnover (including sales and other income) equal or above MZN 2,500,000 (roughly USD 40,000) in the preceding tax year.
