Mozambique: Matola-Rio exempts local companies from paying municipal taxes
Ricardo Sengo is the Minister in the President’s Office for Civil Matters.
Sengo was the chairperson of MECTS (Mozambique Electronic Cargo Tracking System), which won the contract to track and seal petroleum product cargoes.
He holds two master’s degrees: one in Agricultural Economics from Queensland University, Australia, and another in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
He worked at Banc ABC Moçambique as Director of Corporate and Investment Banking.
He was Director of Business Banking for Standard Bank Angola, Director of Agribusiness for Standard Bank’s operations in Africa, Standard Bank- South Africa.
He worked at KPMG – South Africa where he held the positions of Advisory Manager in Mozambique and Deputy Director, Advisory and Development Services.
