Weather alert: Rain and thunderstorms for Maputo and Gaza

Maputo and Gaza provinces are likely to be hit by moderate to heavy rains today and up until the early hours of tomorrow, with thunderstorms and 30 to 50 millimetres of percipitation in the next 24 hours.
The National Meteorology Institute forecasts rain for Boane, Matutuíne, Manhiça, Marracuene and Namaacha districts in Maputo province, plus Maputo and Matola cities, and Bilene, Mandlakazi and Xai-Xai city in Gaza. The weathermen also recommend taking precautions against lightning.
