Mozambique: ANE promises delivery of Matola Gare road by November this year

Mozambique’s National Institute of Meteorology (INAM) forecasts heavy rains (over 50 mm in 24 hours), locally very heavy (above 75 mm in 24 hours), accompanied by thunderstorms and strong gusts of wind in Sofala, Manica and Inhambane provinces from tomorrow, December 2nd.
In Sofala, the districts affected are Machanga, Chibabava, Búzi, Nhamatanda, Dondo, Muanza, Gorongosa, Cheringoma, Marromeu, Maringue, Caia, Chemba and the city of Beira.
In Manica, the bad weather is expected mainly in Machanga, Mossurize, Sussundenga, Macate, Gondola, Vanduzi, Manica, Barrue and Macossa districts and the city of Chimoio,
In Inhambane, the districts of Govuro, Inhassoro and Mabote will mainly be affected.
Districts in Maputo and Gaza provinces may however experience showers with thunderstorms and light to moderate rains with strong gusting winds from tonight on.
