Mozambique: Police Association calls for close community ties
Weather Alert: Heavy rains, possible thunderstorms in Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane provinces – INAM

The provinces of Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane may continue to register moderate to heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms this Monday (18-04).
A note from the National Institute of Meteorology (INASM) indicates that, in Maputo province, rain will likely be heaviest in Marracuene, Magude and Manhiça districts.
In Gaza, the districts of Mandlakazi, Chongoene, Limpopo, Chibuto, Guijá, Bilene and Chókwè will be worst affected, while in Inhambane province, Jangamo, Inharrime and Zavala districts could see heavy rain.
In view of the heavy rain, thunderstorms and associated phenomena expected, INAM recommends taking appropriate safety and precautionary measures.
