Water restrictions for Maputo, Matola and Boane today and tomorrow

Maputo, Matola and Boane will experience water supply restrictions today and tomorrow, Maputo Regional Water Company has announced, as a result of rehabilitation works at the Umbeluzi treatment centre and tank cleaning at distribution centres.
Maputo Water company advises customers to use water sparingly to minimise the impact of supply constraints.
In addition to the Umbeluzi treatment plant, Maputo city and province get water from the Pequenos Lebombos dam. Population growth is obliging the government to build another dam in Moamba district.
