Police officers on Monday “lost control of the traffic situation on National Highway 4 (EN4) by letting motorists on their way to South Africa block the road, TVM [Televisão de Moçambique] reported yesterday.
Since the early hours of Monday morning, vehicles had been unable to get past the four-kilometre milestone on their way to Maputo.
