- Vodacom Mozambique was awarded the Top Employers Mozambique and Top Employers Africa certification.
Companies certified as Top Employers 2021 by the Top Employers institute, a global authority recognising excellence in human resources (HR) practices, include Vodacom, recognised as Top Employer in Mozambique.
Being certified as a Top Employer is proof of an organisation’s dedication and commitment to excellent HR policies and people management practices.
The Top Employers Institutes certification programme is based on participation in the HR Best Practices Survey. Developed using a global methodology, the research covers six HR segments and 20 key topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity and Inclusion.
