Mozambique: Teachers to receive full overtime pay – President

Secretary of Defence Lloyd J. Austin III spoke on the phone with Mozambican President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi to discuss the U.S.-Mozambique bilateral defence relationship and the security situation in Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique.
The two leaders exchanged views on the situation in Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique’s role on the UN Security Council, and other regional issues of shared interest. They also discussed priorities for the coming months, particularly related to implementation of the Global Fragility Act.
Secretary Austin and President Nyusi expressed their dedication to deepening the U.S.-Mozambican defence and security relationship.
