Two educators and a security guard arrested over rape of 2-year-old in Manica

Two educators and a security guard at a children’s centre are currently detained in the Gondola district of Manica province on charges of sexually abusing a two-year-old child.
The confirmation was made by the doctor at the district hospital of Gondola, Anifa Guali, after medical examinations to the minor.
The management of the children’s centre refused to provide information to Radio Moçambique, justifying that the lawyer of the institution will deal with the matter.
This is the first case in the province of Manica of a reported child rape [taking place] in a children’s centre .
