The Russian Ambassador to Mozambique, Alexander Surikov, said last week in Maputo that his country was open to exchanges with our country with a view to stabilising fuel prices in the domestic market.
″Russia is open to working with Mozambique in this regard. We are open to projects in the fuel sector and in others of mutual interest,” he said.

Alexander Surikov presented the idea at a consultation meeting with the Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique (CTA), at a time when the conflict in Ukraine is making fuel imports more expensive.
