Mohsin Nautilus, the Mozambican kidnapped 17 days ago in the South African city of Nelspruit has not yet been located, Voa reported yesterday.
Mohsin is the son of the owner of the well-known Nautilus chain of restaurants in Maputo. The family is working with police officers, including Interpol, but the investigation into Mohsin’s disappearance has yet to produce any results.
Nautilus apparently left his wife and their new-born son in a private health clinic in Nelspruit for breakfast at about 10 a.m. on Sunday (July 10) morning, but never came back.
South African police in Nelspruit say they do not rule out the possibility that Mohsin’s abduction is the work of a kidnapping gang operating in Mozambique and targeting wealthy Asian business families.
