Mozambique: PDUNM will rebuild two thousand houses and generate around eight thousand jobs

The Pedagogical University of Maputo (UP Maputo) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) will on Friday (17-02) sign a cooperation agreement in the Ceremonial Hall of the UP-Sede.
The AECID is supervised by Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of which will be represented at the signing ceremony by the Embassy of Spain in Mozambique.
The purpose of the memorandum is to include UP-Maputo in the regular MAEC AECID competition for subsidies and aid for Spanish Lecturers in Foreign Universities, and for technical support of a Spanish language teacher to be integrated into the UP Maputo Faculty of Language Sciences, Communication and Arts, starting in the 2023/2024 academic year.
The MoU will also contribute to academic-institutional development and consolidation, with a maximum of six candidates selected through the embassy for Spanish language studies at UP-Maputo.
