Sofala: Man shot dead outside his home in Ponta Gea, Beira

Unknown assailants still at large have shot dead a 49-year-old citizen identified as Mussa in Beira’s Ponta Gea neighbourhood in Beira city, Sofala province .
According to a press release from the Provincial Police Command of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM) in Sofala sent to Folha De Maputo, the incident involved a pistol-type weapon and occurred last night outside the victim’s home.
A case has been opened and proceedings to clarify the case are underway.
