Mozambique: Demobilized guerrillas seize office of Renamo leader - AIM report

Six new ambassadors have assumed office in Mozambique, three of them representing African countries, the Presidency of the Republic has announced.
The head of state, Filipe Nyusi, received the credentials in ceremonies at the Palace of the Presidency, as is traditional.
Uyigue Oghogho is the new diplomatic representative of Nigeria, Monique Muraruliza of Rwanda, and Bosson Assamoi delivers letters as ambassador of the Ivory Coast.
Marius Boranescu is the new ambassador of Romania, Michael Gerrard of New Zealand and Pavel Hernandéz assumes functions as ambassador of Cuba.
