Seven drug gangs smashed in capital

The Police of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM) recently smashed seven gangs engaged in the sale and consumption of drugs in various Maputo neighbourhoods.
Police seized 13 kg of cannabis, 1 kg of cocaine, 500 g of heroin, three pistols with 23 rounds of ammunition and 3,127 meticais from those arrested.
According to Orlando Mudumane, PRM spokesman in the capital, the money comes from the sale of drugs.
