SERNIC on the trail of 25 rapists of minors in Marracuene, Maputo province – Radio Mozambique

The National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) in Marracuene, Maputo province, is hunting 25 alleged rapists of minors, which information held by the police indicates are relatives or neighbours of the victims.

These are part of a list of 3,000 cases pending in that district – one of the figures presented by Celso Machava, Marracuene district director of SERNIC, on the occasion of his transfer to Boane, where he will fill the same role.
