SA court adjourns hearing in Chang’s case

At the request of Manuel Chang’s lawyers, the Kempton Park Court Judge has again put off hearing in the former Mozambican finance minister’s case to February 5.
Hearing was earlier adjourned on January 10 at the request of Chang’s lawyers to appeal to the High Court all decisions made by the Court Judge of Kempton Park, Sagra Subrayen.
However, today, the defense has again asked the Court to adjourn the hearing.
