Rental of APIE’s state owned property in Mozambique gets a refresh

The Council of Ministers yesterday considered and approved a draft amendment to Law No. 8/79 of 3 July, concerning the rental of real estate managed by the Administration of State Real Estate (APIE).
Spokesman Mouzinho Saide said that the proposed amendment would adjust the law to better match the socio-political and economic dynamics of the country, streamlining operations.
