Renamo school teacher riddled with bullets on his way to work – Mozambique

A member of Renamo was shot early this morning in Mocuba, Abilio Baesa is also a teacher and was on his way to work when he was suddenly riddled with bullets.
The shots were fired by unidentified men who were being transported in a Toyota vehicle without a registration plate.
He was taken to Mocuba Rural Hospital where he is currently receiving medical care.
Police confirms
Contacted by Diário da Zambézia, the Police Commissioner of the Republic of Mozambique in that district, Filipe Gulele confirmed the events, but discarded any political connections.
