Mozambique: Only Renamo Congress can sack Momade

This Friday, the President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, swears into office, at the Ponta Vermelha Palace, Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Secretaries of State, a Press Attaché and the Curator of the Museum of the Presidency of the Republic.
By Presidential Order, Filipe Nyusi appointed Adelaide Anchia Amurane to the position of Minister in the President’s Office.
Manuela Joaquim Rebelo was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications; Leda Florinda Hugo, Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, Higher Education and Technical Professional Training; and Lucas Mangrasse, Deputy Minister of Gender, Children and Social Action.
Henriques Bongece is the new Deputy Minister of Sea, Inland Waters and Fisheries; Pedro Comissário Afonso becomes the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
Inocêncio Florentino José Impissa has been appointed to the post of Deputy Minister for State Administration and Civilc Service; Olegário dos Anjos Estevão Guilherme Banze, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development; and Ludovina Bernardo, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce.
Manuel Banzo is the new Deputy Minister of Education and Human Development; Carla Alexandra Oreste do Rosário Fernandes Louveira, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance; and Fredson Victor Bravo Bacar, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism.
Rolinho Manuel Farnela was appointed Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Security; Filimão Joaquim Suazi, Deputy Minister of Justice, Constitutional and Religious Affairs; Lídia de Fátima da Graça Cardoso, Deputy Minister of Health; and Cecília Sandra Jerónimo Francisco Chamutota, Deputy Minister of Public Works and Water Resources.
Carlos Jorge Siliya is the new Minister for Veterans’ Affairs.
Oswaldo Armindo Faquir Petersburgo is the new Secretary of State for Youth and Employment, and Carlos Gilberto Mendes the Secretary of State for Sports.
The President of the Republic will also swear office Margarida Adamugy Talapa as Minister of Labour and Social Security, while Arsenio Henriques Cossa takes office as Press Attaché, and Marlene Sinoda of Anselmo Lino Magaia, Curator of the Presidency Museum.
