RM / President Nyusi greets governor of Cabo Delgado Celmira da Silva
President Filipe Nyusi is on a working visit to Pemba in Cabo Delgado province from today, where he will inaugurate a graphite processing plant in Ancuabe and a commercial centre in the city of Pemba.
These two projects represent the social and economic development of the province under its present government, especially with regard to the creation of more jobs and the overall well-being of the population.
Upon his arrival at Pemba airport, the president was welcomed by Cabo Delgado governor Celmira da Silva, government officials, prominent members of Frelimo and the general public.
The president will also direct a graduation ceremony for Lúrio University students.
The president is accompanied on his visit by Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Leticia Klemens, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, Ragendra de Sousa, and staff of the presidency and other state institutions.
