President Nyusi visits Niassa,inaugurates Marrupa substation

President of the Republic Filipe Nyusi is on a working visit to Niassa province today, where he will inaugurate the Cuamba-Marrupa power line and an electricity substation in Marrupa, followed by a popular rally.
The new Marrupa substation project includes a medium voltage line over an extension of 407 km, feeding districts, administrative posts and other locations in Niassa and Cabo Delgado provinces.
A statement from the Presidency of the Republic indicates that Filipe Nyusi is accompanied by the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Ernesto Max Elias Tonela, staff of the Presidency of the Republic and other state institutions.
