The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, today starts a two-day working visit to Niassa province.
The Mozambican head of state will visit the districts of Cuamba, Nipepe, Lichinga and Chimbunila and Cuamba city, where he will hold meetings with local government officials, lead popular rallies, visit enterprises of economic and social interest and meet diverse stakeholders.
President Nyusi is accompanied by the ministers of Economy and Finance, Adriano Maleiane; National Defence, Atanasio Mtumuke; of the Combatants, Eusébio Lambo; Deputy Ministers of the Interior, Helena Kida; of State Administration and the Civil Service, Albano Macie; of Education and Human Development, Armindo Ngunga; the governor of the province of Tete, Paulo Auade; and by members of the staff of the Presidency and other state institutions.
