President Nyusi promulgates postal service law

President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, yesterday promulgated and published a law creating a Mozambican postal service, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 163, paragraph 1 of the constitution.
This law was recently passed by parliament and submitted to the president for promulgation, conditional on it not contravening the constitution.
