Mozambique: Zambézia AP sets up working committees

As part of the 2020 presidential visits to the provinces, President Filipe Nyusi travelled to Tete province today, where he will be working until this Friday, visiting the districts of Chifunde, Cahora Bassa and the city of Tete.
This is the second province that the president has visited this year, following Inhambane last week.
According to a Presidency statement, Filipe Nyusi started his working visit in Chifunde district, where he inaugurated the Judicial Court of the District of Chifunde this morning.
Still today, the President travelled to Cahora Bassa to inaugurate the District Conservatory of Registries and Notaries and the District Delegation of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).
Also on the president’s agenda is a visit to the city of Tete on Thursday, 30 July. In addition to leading extraordinary sessions of the Provincial Executive Council and the provincial Council of State Representation Services there, President Nyusi will launch the Sustenta Programme and visit the bridge over the Rovúbuè river.
