Mozambique: New FADM Deputy Chief of Staff takes office

President of the Republic Filipe Nyusi has invited his Kenyan counterpart, William Ruto, to visit Mozambique, in order to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.
The invitation was made on Monday evening during a courtesy meeting on the occasion of William Ruto’s investiture as Kenyan president, which took place yesterday at the Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi.
Ruto, who assumed his duties on Tuesday, thanked the Mozambican head of state for the invitation and acknowledged his efforts in favour of the development of Mozambique, and Africa in general.
Speaking in English, the two leaders expressed their desire to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
