Mozambique: President swears in Machatine as head of new Office for Reforms and Strategic Projects

The President of the Republic, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, will make a Presidential visit to the Province of Cabo Delgado from 12 to 15 April, which is due to start in Balama district.
The Mozambican Head of State will successively visit the districts of Muidumbe, Mueda, Ibo and Palma, where he has scheduled meetings with local governments, meetings with various segments of society, popular rallies and visits to undertakings of economic and social interest , as well as greeting the population of Mocímboa da Praia.
In his visit to Cabo Delgado, President Nyusi will be accompanied by the Ministers of National Defence, Atanasio M’tumuke; of the Interior, Basílio Monteiro; of Mineral Resources and Energy, Ernesto Max Tonela; of Land, Environment and Rural Development, Celso Correia; of Culture and Tourism, Silva Dunduro; the Deputy Ministers of the Sea, Inland Waters and Fisheries, Henriques Bongece; of the State Administration and Public Function, Albano Macie; the Governor of Tete Province, Paulo Auade; members of staff of the Presidency of the Republic and of other State institutions.
