President Nyusi appoints José Pacheco Foreign Minister – Mozambique

The President of the Republic, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, has appointed José Condugua António Pacheco to the post of Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
Through separate Presidential Decrees, Filipe Nyusi also appointed Ernesto Max Elias Tonela to the position of Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy; and Higino Francisco Marrule for the position of Minister of Agriculture and Food Security.
