President Nyusi appoints deputy minister of State Administration and Civil Service

President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi has appointed Albano Macie to the post of Deputy Minister of State Administration and Civil Service.
Albano Macie is a lawyer and university professor. Last year he was appointed by President Nyusi to represent the government in the talks on decentralisation matters with Renamo [alongside Eduardo Chiziane, also a lawyer and university professor].
He is the author of “Lessons of Administrative Law” and “Law of the Mozambican Parliamentary Process”.
The Mozambican head of state also appointed Rafael José Rohomoja to the post of Counsellor to the President of the Republic.
