Mozambique: President pays tribute to Pope Francis at Vatican funeral
New Cabo Delgado governor; Nyeleti Mondlane replaces Nkutumula at Ministry of Youth and Sports

The President of the Republic, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, today discharged Alberto Hawa Januário Nkutumula from the position of Minister of Youth and Sports.
The President also dismissed Nyeleti Brooke Mondlane from the post of Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. President Nyusi appointed Nyeleti Brooke Mondlane to the position of Minister of Youth and Sports.
President Nyusi has named Júlio José Parruque for the position of Governor of the province of Cabo Delgado.
