Steeper US tariffs take effect on many Brazilian goods

Two Portuguese nationals have tested positive for the new coronavirus, the first two cases in Portugal, the health minister said on Monday.
There is one confirmed case and the other case awaits a confirmation test by the National Institute Dr. Ricardo Jorge (INSA), said Minister Marta Temido in a clarification session to update information regarding the infection by the new coronavirus (Covid-19).
The case confirmed is that of a 60-year-old man who is hospitalised at the São João Hospital (Porto) and reported the first symptoms on 26 February.
The other man, 33, who is awaiting the confirmation test, reported the first symptoms on 29 February, the minister said, adding that the two men, who are hospitalised in Porto, are in good health and were in Italy and Spain.
