Outrage over alleged serial child rapist – WATCH

The population of the Muahivire neighbourhood, in the Mutotope Unidade Comunal, in the city of Nampula has accused a 50-year-old of raping dozens of children.

Parents and guardians of dozens of children aged 4 to 7 complain their daughters have been sexually assaulted by the man who, they say, lures children with mangoes and dolls and then forces them to have sex and afterwards threatens to kill them.

The parents have already referred the case to the 2nd police station of the Republic of Mozambique in Nampula, but without effect. As a result, parents are vowing to take the law into their own hands if the police do not make a stand.
