Nyusi enacts law creating labour courts in Mozambique

The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, has promulgated and ordered the publication in the government gazette, the Boletim da Republica, of Law No. 04/2021, which revises Law No. 10/2018 of 30 August, creating a system of labour courts.

“The said law was recently approved by the Assembly of the Republic and submitted to the President of the Republic for promulgation, the Head of State having verified that it does not contravene the fundamental law,” a note from the Presidency of the Republic reads.
