French pension deficit to more than double in a decade, audit office says
Youths in Mecula, Niassa, are being recruited to join the group of malefactors carrying out armed attacks in the northern districts of Cabo Delgado by a Tanzanian, Bernardino Rafael, the commander-in-chief of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM), said on Tuesday.
Commander Rafael says the man is known to the authorities.
“The police and the Defence and Security Forces are looking for Amisse Bacar, a Tanzanian. We do not know his current whereabouts, but we are looking for him. He is one of those recruiting youths into the world of crime. We have to be very vigilant here in Mecula,” Rafael said.
