Mozambique: Catholic Faithful reflect on Pope Francis' legacy

The Judicial Court of Nampula province in northern Mozambique on Thursday sentenced two Rapid Intervention Unit (UIR) agents to 30 years in prison for shooting dead a member of the municipal police force in the region’s largest municipality.
The victim was shot for no apparent reason, in front of his son, at his home in the Namutequeliua neighbourhood in July of last year.
The ruling handed down by judge César Fernando includes the payment of 500,000 meticais compensation to the victim’s family.
