DRC, Rwanda agree economic framework outline as part of peace deal

Namibia’s President Hage Geingob on Wednesday departed for Luanda, the capital of Angola, for the presidential inauguration ceremony of Joao Manuel Goncalves Lourenco, who won a second term in Angola’s election held on Aug. 24, the country’s presidency announced in a statement.
During his visit, Geingob will also lay a wreath in honor of the late former President of Angola, Eduardo dos Santos, the statement added.
Geingob will then proceed to the United Kingdom for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, who died at the age of 96. Following that, he will fly to New York, the United States, to participate in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) 77th Session, which opened on Tuesday.
