Namaacha water sponsoring Mozambique’s Miss Africa 2016 candidate

The company Aguas de Moçambique (Mozambique Waters Company), owner of the Aguas da Namaacha brand sponsors the country’s 2016 Miss Africa representative.

Madina Chume, the young woman chosen from among 600 entrants, will compete against over 40 representatives from the continent in Sandton, South Africa, on 16 December, for the Miss Africa crown.

Madina expressed her gratitude to Aguas da Namaacha for the support that it is providing and noted the importance of brand’s work in support of Mozambican culture and national image.

Madina also mentioned the enormous honour that she feels representing Mozambique and Mozambican women at the continental level, promising to do her best to raise Mozambique’s image.

Miguel Padrão, marketing director of Aguas da Namaacha, said that Mozambique Water Company’s support of Madina Chume was a tribute to all Mozambican women – mothers, wives, entrepreneurs and leaders.
