Mozambique: Zimpeto Wholesale Market to close on Monday and Tuesday – Maputo City Council

The Zimpeto wholesale market will be closed on Monday and Tuesday of next week (12/13 May) to allow for cleaning and reorganisation.
The undertaking is part of a programme of improving operating conditions at the market, according to a statement from Maputo Municipal Council (CMM) seen by ‘Notícias Online’.
“The activities will consist of clearing access roads, removing solid waste and abandoned vehicles, delimiting sales areas and levelling areas prone to flooding,” the document reads.
