Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) has announced 4,625 new vacancies for the 2025
academic year, with admission exams scheduled to take place nationwide from January 7 to 10, 2025.
These openings correspond to 26 courses offered during both day and evening periods for in-person teaching, as well as document-based applications for distance learning programs.
The admission exams will be conducted in a single session, with students eligible to apply if they have completed the second cycle of general secondary education, technical-professional education, or an equivalent qualification.
According to UEM, the exams will either be integrated (testing two subjects simultaneously) or non-integrated (testing one subject at a time).
To take the admission exam, candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee of 900 meticais for the integrated exam and 450 meticais for the non-integrated exam.
The institution also notes that online pre-registration on UEM’s website starts after the publication of the official notice and will end at 12:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024, the final admission exam registration deadline.
