Mozambique: Two Covid-19 cases moved from Matola to Maputo City

Two citizens infected with the new coronavirus and who had been in isolation at home in Matola city have moved to a private medical institution in Maputo for palliative care, A Verdade reports today.
The epidemiological summary presented on Sunday (26) by the director-general of the National Institute of Health reveals that two men infected with the new coronavirus who were in isolation in the city of Matola, Maputo province, moved during the past week to Maputo city, increasing the city’s cumulative number of cases to 17, of which nine are fully recovered.
@Verdade has learned that the patients were moved in ambulances from the private medical institution in which, despite having only mild symptoms, they are now hospitalised.
Matola now has five Covid-19 cases.
Of the Covid-19 cases in Maputo, the epidemiological summary indicates that 13 are in the Kampfumo municipal district, three in Kamaxakeni and one in Kamavota.
