The shareholders of Tmcel-Moçambique Telecom, SA, met on Tuesday (16-05) in an extraordinary general meeting to analyse and deliberate on the company revitalization and cost reduction plans and cost centre profitability study.
The general meeting also approved the composition of a Tmcel Management Committee, made up of Mahomed Adamo Mussá, Chairman and Head of Commercial and System, Nordino José Wazo, Manager for Operations, and Cezerillo Horácio Eugénio Matuce, Manager for Administration and Finance.
Consequently, the members of the Board of Directors Mahomed Rafique Jusob Mahomed, Mário Luís Albino and Binda Jocker, who have been with the company for six years, ceased to perform their functions.
